Give us your arriving flight number, travel date and timing so the office can plan your collection. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss your meeting arrangements with the office. Stansted's Short Stay Green and Blue are pickup and drop-off parking options; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, with the entrance and any additional stops. Your booked address identifies where the transfer ends.
Travelling by train instead? Stansted Express links the airport with London Liverpool Street, which has onward Underground and Elizabeth line connections. Tottenham Hale connects with the Victoria line; the Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale. Plan the onward journey to your Kensington address with your luggage.

High Street Kensington and Kensington (Olympia) are different locations: High Street Kensington Station is on Kensington High St, London W8 5SA, while Kensington (Olympia) is on Olympia Way, London W14 0NE.
If your destination is near either station, give us the property's full address and postcode, its entrance and any additional stop. A station name alone may not identify your home, hotel or office.

Yes. Your private transfer can take you from Stansted Airport to your Kensington home, hotel or office. Give the full destination address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops.
Give us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats.
An estate offers more luggage space to consider, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss the complete load with the office; Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.

Yes. The office can arrange guidance to the car and help loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell us what help you need when booking so we can arrange a suitable driver.
KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
