MORTLAKE DETAILS
The right Mortlake destination
Mortlake station is on Sheen Lane, Mortlake, SW14 8LN. It is a useful reference, but your transfer can go to your booked home, hotel or office address instead. If your destination is Mortlake Crematorium, its address is Kew Meadow Path, Richmond, TW9 4EN.
Comparing public transport? Stansted Express links the airport with Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale. Liverpool Street has Underground and Elizabeth line connections, while Tottenham Hale connects with the Victoria line. The Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale. You would still need to plan the last leg to Mortlake, including walking and luggage.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Your pre-booked transfer can take you to the home, hotel or other address you give us in Mortlake. Include the postcode, entrance and any additional stops; a station is not the default destination.
Which vehicle should I choose for my passengers and luggage?
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can carry up to six passengers with luggage considered alongside the seating. Larger or special vehicle arrangements are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
How do airport waiting and parking charges work?
Airport waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy, and parking may also affect the cost. Ask the office to explain the applicable waiting and parking terms and what is included in your quote before accepting it.
Can I arrange help or a child seat?
Yes. Tell the office about any help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance. Provide the child's relevant seat requirements so the office can confirm availability and suitability.
