Include the number of passengers and their luggage so the office can discuss a suitable vehicle. Ask what parking and other charges are included; waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London.

Stansted identifies Short Stay Green and Blue as pickup and drop-off parking options; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. Agree your meeting and contact arrangements with the KB Cars office before travelling.
Give the full address, postcode and entrance details. Paddington station, Bayswater and Queensway are different destinations, so a station name alone may not identify your door.
Compare the Stansted Express The Stansted Express links the airport with London Liverpool Street, where you can connect to the Underground or Elizabeth line. Plan the onward journey and walk to your Paddington, Bayswater or Queensway address, especially if travelling with luggage.

LOCAL W2 DETAILS
Paddington station is on Praed Street, Bayswater station is on Queensway, and Queensway station is on Bayswater Road. They are useful landmarks, but not substitutes for your booked address.

Yes. Arrange your private hire journey to your home, hotel, office or another booked destination. Give the full address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any additional stops; stations in the public-transport comparison are not your default destination.
Give the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle needs to suit the complete party and load, not just the number of seats. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
Contact the KB Cars office for help finding each other. Agree the meeting and contact arrangements before travel; Short Stay Green and Blue are airport pickup and drop-off parking options, rather than an automatically assigned KB meeting point.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task.
KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage in a suitable vehicle; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation. If you need a change, ask the office to agree it and any revised charge; a request is not itself an accepted change.
