Ask the office where to meet and how to make contact on arrival. Stansted lists Short Stay Green and Blue for pickup and drop-off parking; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. Follow the arrangements agreed for your booking, and call the office if you and the driver cannot find each other.
Give the full home, hotel, office or other destination address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. A station is only your destination if you book it as such.
Considering public transport? Stansted Express links the airport with Liverpool Street, where there are Underground and Elizabeth line connections. Tottenham Hale connects with the Victoria line; the Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale. You would still need to plan the onward journey to your Putney address, including luggage and station access.

PUTNEY AND SW15
Putney rail station and East Putney Underground are different destinations: Putney station is on High Street, SW15 1RT, while East Putney is on Upper Richmond Road, SW15 2SZ. If you want to be dropped at a station, tell us which one; otherwise give your full home, hotel or office address.
Putney Bridge Underground is at Station Approach, SW6 3UH, across the river from the SW15 stations. The distinction matters when planning an onward connection or identifying your final destination.

Yes. Book your journey to your home, hotel, office or another agreed destination in Putney. Give the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; a station is not the default destination.
