Give us a working contact number and agree the meeting arrangement with the office. If you and the driver cannot find each other, the office can help. Stansted's pickup parking options are Short Stay Green and Blue; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. Confirm the arrangements for your booking rather than assuming a parking location.
Provide the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, plus the entrance and any additional stop. The exact door matters for a journey to either TW9 or TW10.
Comparing the train? Stansted Express connects the airport with Tottenham Hale, for the Victoria line, and Liverpool Street, for Underground and Elizabeth line connections. You will still need to plan the onward interchanges and local journey to your Richmond address, including any walking and luggage.

Richmond rail and Underground stations are at The Quadrant, Richmond, TW9 1DN. North Sheen is a different station on Manor Road, Richmond, TW9 4QA, with South Western Railway listed there; National Rail classifies it as step-free category C. Check the relevant access and assistance information if using that station. Neither station substitutes for your booked destination.
For a TW10 address around Ham, Petersham or Richmond Hill, allow for the connecting walk or bus when comparing public transport with a private-hire car. Your entrance and luggage can make a difference to the practical choice.

Yes. Your pre-booked transfer can take you to your Richmond home, hotel or office. Give us the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; the stations in the comparison are alternatives, not default destinations.
Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load, an estate offers more luggage space, and an MPV is an option for a larger party. Executive vehicles are also available; ask about a Mini Van or Luxury vehicle by enquiry.
Tell the office the number of passengers and the counts and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation. If you need a material change, contact the office and agree any revised charge; a request is not an accepted change.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable, so discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
