Your quote reflects the journey, vehicle and agreed extras. Give us your travel date and time, flight, Wimbledon destination, passenger count and luggage so we can discuss the right arrangement.
Ask the office about waiting, airport parking and any other charges when agreeing your quote. Waiting can be chargeable, and prepayment may be requested for an airport collection outside London. Airport tariffs and public transport fares are separate from a KB Cars quote.
Plan your arrival
Agree your collection with our office before travel, then head to your booked Wimbledon destination.
Give us your airline, flight number and travel date so we can coordinate your collection. If your arrival details change, contact the office to discuss the arrangement. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Agree your pre-booked meeting arrangement with the office. Stansted lists Short Stay Green and Blue for pickup and drop-off; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Give the full Wimbledon home, hotel or office address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any extra stops. A station name alone may point to the wrong place.
Considering public transport? Stansted Express connects the airport with Tottenham Hale for the Victoria line, or Liverpool Street for onward Underground and Elizabeth line connections. You will still need to plan the changes and final leg to your Wimbledon address, including how to manage your luggage.

Wimbledon rail and Underground stations share The Broadway, London SW19 7NL. South Wimbledon Underground is a different station at High St, London SW19 1DE. If a station is your destination, name the correct one; otherwise give your actual home, hotel or office address.

Yes. Book your journey to your Wimbledon home, hotel or office using the full address and postcode. Include the entrance and any additional stops; a station is only the destination if you choose it.
Tell us how many passengers are travelling and how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, with their sizes. Mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs and any large or unusual items too.
The vehicle must suit the complete party and load, not just the number of seats. An estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can be considered for a larger party; the office can help confirm a suitable arrangement.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate a suitable driver.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so please discuss boarding and luggage needs with us.
