More than a car for the journey

KB Cars combines an agreed executive or luxury vehicle with personal planning and smart formal presentation. Travel to a single destination, arrange a series of meetings or retain a driver between appointments; our office can help shape the journey for you or another passenger.

Request quiet travel, help with doors, a nameboard or a preferred temperature. A suit or appropriate formal wedding attire can also be requested. The office agrees the vehicle and presentation for your booking; specific models and preferred drivers are subject to availability, including across several days.

Choose how you want to travel

The right arrangement depends on whether you need one defined journey or a driver reserved between stops.

Point-to-point chauffeur

Choose a defined collection and destination for an important arrival or meeting. Give the office the addresses, timing and any station or venue entrance so the pickup can be planned.

Retained driver and flexible stops

Reserve a car and driver for meetings, shopping, roadshows or several stages. Your quote sets out the reserved time, included mileage and agreed extras; waiting during the paid period is included. An itinerary is helpful but need not be fixed. Ask the office to agree any extension or change of stops and its cost.

Executive or luxury request

Request an executive or luxury category or a particular model. Luxury examples include the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series and Range Rover; examples are not automatic allocations. The office confirms a suitable car and agrees any material change with you.

Choose the right CR8 collection point

For Purley Rail Station, give Purley station, Station Approach, Whytecliffe Road, Purley, CR8 2UD. For Riddlesdown Rail Station, give Riddlesdown station, Lower Barn Road, Purley, CR8 1HN. Add the entrance or agreed meeting point and remain reachable if access changes.

For a function at The Ridge in Purley, specify the function-room entrance and expected finish time, as well as passengers and any sports bags. If the proposed point cannot be used safely or lawfully, the office can help agree a practical alternative, taking any walking needs into account.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Give the office the shape of your plans

Share the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger and luggage details, any stops, likely waiting and final endpoint. Include your vehicle preference, venue or station meeting point, return plans and any assistance needed. The office can discuss the quote and its inclusions with you. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email. If plans change, the booker or authorised contact should ask the office to agree the change and any revised charge; a request alone is not acceptance. For a time-critical change, seek acknowledgment and call if your message has not been acknowledged.

Practical choices for your CR8 chauffeur journey.

Can I arrange the chauffeur journey for someone else?

Yes. Tell the office who is travelling and who is authorised to make changes. The arranger can receive booking information separately from the passenger; material changes must be agreed and recorded through the office.

What if I do not know when my appointment will finish?

You can reserve a driver, arrange a separate approximate return, or contact the office when you are ready. Retained time keeps the agreed vehicle available, with waiting included within the paid hourly period. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or the same car; waiting or changes may affect its cost. If you book when ready, a car is subject to availability rather than guaranteed immediately.

Can I request a particular car or driver?

Yes. Request a vehicle category, model or preferred driver, including for travel across several days. Availability and the confirmed booking determine what can be provided. The office will agree a suitable alternative or material change with you rather than treating an example as a guarantee.

Can you help if someone has limited walking ability?

Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office about walking tolerance, entry needs and any accompanying carer so the journey can be planned. An optional escort inside a building is considered separately, with any cost agreed; KB does not currently have vehicles for travelling seated in a wheelchair.
