A plan for the couple, with guest journeys to match

Arrange a chauffeur for the ceremony, photographs and reception, whether you need point-to-point journeys or a car and driver retained for an agreed period. Discuss your preferred vehicle and presentation with the office.

Guest transport can be organised separately, with one-way journeys, different pickup addresses and returns. One organiser can coordinate the outline, or guests can book independently. Decorations, ribbons, flowers and colour requests need agreement rather than being assumed.

Couple's chauffeur

Discuss ceremony, photography and reception travel, a preferred car category and any request for formal wedding attire. Choose point-to-point journeys or agree retained time with the office.

Guest transfers

Plan one-way journeys, separate returns or pickups from several addresses, with the destinations and timings coordinated in advance.

An uncertain finish

Compare retained time with a separate approximate return, or contact the office when you are ready for a car, subject to availability. Waiting during paid retained time is included; other waiting and extensions are charged under the agreed terms. Changes need office acceptance.

YOUR ARRANGEMENTS

Vehicles for your guests

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option. Ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers, additional vehicles, several addresses or an hourly arrangement. Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of bags, plus any pushchairs or other bulky items, so we can discuss a suitable vehicle.

What to include in your wedding plan

Give us the date, ceremony and reception addresses, collection times, passenger names or counts and planned stops. Include photography locations, guest pickup addresses, return destinations, luggage or pushchairs, child-seat requests, assistance needs and your preferred vehicle category. If the finish may move, tell us about the likely wait or ask about a separate return.

Identify the booker or designated contact authorised to approve changes, and discuss safe, lawful pickup points. The office will explain the scope, total and agreed extras before acceptance. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking: confirmation is sent by SMS and/or email. A change to a time, stop, passenger or vehicle takes effect only when the office accepts it. For a time-critical message, call if you have not received an acknowledgement.

Can one organiser arrange both the couple's car and guest journeys?

Yes. Our office can discuss the couple's chauffeur arrangement alongside guest journeys, multiple pickup points and different return destinations. An organiser can coordinate the outline and, if designated, authorise changes. Office coordination does not include an on-site coordinator or guarantee that several cars arrive at exactly the same moment.

Can I request formal wedding attire or a particular car?

Yes. Smart formal presentation is standard, and you can request a suit or appropriate formal wedding attire. You can also ask for a particular model; availability and the accepted booking determine what can be confirmed. Discuss any decorations, ribbons, flowers or colour preferences with the office too.

How do you handle a reception that runs late?

Contact the office as soon as you know the plan is changing. You can discuss retained time or a separate approximate return in advance, or request a car when ready, subject to availability. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle. Waiting during paid retained time is included; other waiting and extensions are subject to the agreed terms. The original pickup does not change until the office accepts the revision.

What should guests do if they are booking separately?

Each guest or household can pre-book its own journey. Give the office the pickup and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any access or assistance needs. The journey is confirmed when the office sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
