Retained time and stops
Reserve a car and driver for an agreed period for meetings, shopping or several stops. An itinerary is helpful but optional. Your quote sets out reserved time, included mileage and agreed extras; waiting within the paid period is included. Ask the office about extensions.
Prepare your enquiry
Give the office your collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, luggage, likely waits and final endpoint. Include any stops, vehicle or presentation preferences, assistance needs and return plan. For a station or venue, name your preferred meeting point.

For a station meeting, specify Tadworth station on Cross Road, Tadworth, Surrey KT20 5SP, or Kingswood station at Station Yard, Waterhouse Lane, Kingswood, Surrey KT20 6EN, and agree the meeting point. The driver must stop lawfully and safely.
For the Kingswood venue at Sandy Lane, Kingswood, Tadworth KT20 6NE, say whether you are visiting for golf, Lodge accommodation or an event. Give the intended entrance, count golf bags alongside other luggage and passengers, and agree a return or driver release time.

What if I do not know my return time?
You can reserve the driver to wait, agree a separate approximate return, or contact the office when you are ready. Waiting within a paid retained period is included; other waiting is chargeable under the agreed terms. For a separate return, contact the office if you are delayed, as waiting or changes may affect the cost. Booking when ready is subject to availability and does not guarantee immediate collection. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or the same vehicle.
Can I request a particular chauffeur car?
Yes. You can request an executive or luxury category or a particular model, as well as formal presentation, quiet travel or a preferred temperature. Availability and your confirmed booking determine the commitment. If a requested car cannot be supplied, the office will discuss a suitable equivalent or another agreed option.
How should I explain access or assistance needs?
Tell the office about limited walking, entry needs, bags or an accompanying carer, so we can plan suitable help. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free; advance notice helps us arrange them. If a meeting point is inaccessible, we can agree a lawful, workable alternative. An additional escort inside a building can be discussed separately, including any agreed cost.
How do I change an accepted chauffeur plan?
The booker or authorised contact should ask the office about changes to times, addresses, stops, passengers or vehicle requirements. A driver can relay a request, but a change is not agreed until the office confirms the revised arrangement and any charge. For a time-critical change, call the office if your message has not been acknowledged.
