Choose a point-to-point journey for a direct transfer from SW2. Give us your collection address, destination and pickup time; for a station or venue, include the intended entrance or meeting point. The driver must stop lawfully and safely.
Reserve a car and driver for an agreed period for meetings, roadshows or several appointments. An itinerary is helpful but optional, and waiting within paid retained time is included without a second ordinary waiting charge for those minutes. Your quote sets out the reserved time, included mileage and agreed extras. Ask the office to compare this with a fixed journey and paid waiting; neither is always cheaper.
Share the date and time, full addresses, passenger count, luggage sizes, likely waits and final endpoint, along with your vehicle preference and any assistance or access needs. Include any planned return or stops so the office can agree the scope and quote.

If your journey follows a visit to Brixton Windmill & Education Centre, confirm the tour or event and agree a lawful meeting point outside: the park entrance is not vehicle access. Tell us about limited walking, entry needs, a folding wheelchair or any adult supervision required so we can discuss a workable collection and suitable help.

Yes. Tell the office the model or category you prefer; availability and the confirmed booking determine the car. If it cannot be supplied, the office will discuss a suitable equivalent or upgrade, or agree another option with you.
The booker or authorised contact can ask the office to change the time, addresses, stops, passengers or vehicle. A request is not an accepted change: the office must confirm availability, any revised charge and the updated booking record. An extension to retained time depends on availability and a revised price.
For a time-critical change, make sure the office acknowledges your request; call if you have not received an acknowledgement. An acknowledgement means the request has been received, not accepted. You can coordinate with your driver during the journey, but material changes must reach the office.
Yes. Tell the office about walking tolerance, entry needs, luggage or a folding wheelchair so we can discuss a lawful, workable meeting point and suitable help. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate. Required disability assistance is not dependent on advance notice.
An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the task. KB does not provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles or clinical transfers.
Yes. Agree the exact station meeting point with the office, including any walking needs. The station's platforms are classified as step-free, but that does not establish a vehicle stopping point or current assistance arrangements; the driver still needs a lawful, workable place to stop.
RETURNS AND BOOKING
If you do not know when you will finish, you can contact the office when ready, subject to availability; reserve the driver to wait under agreed chargeable terms; or arrange a separate approximate return and contact us if delayed. A separate return does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle. The office can compare the options for your plans.
One driver is normally assigned for a trip or retained period. You can request a preferred driver, including across days, subject to availability. Once the arrangement is agreed, KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
