A point-to-point booking suits one collection and final destination. Agree the collection time, destination and vehicle preference with the office; waiting or a return can be discussed separately.

Retained time with flexible stops

Reserve a car and driver for an agreed period, whether your stops are planned or flexible. Waiting during the paid period is included, without a second ordinary waiting charge for those minutes. The quote sets out the time, included mileage and agreed extras; ask the office about extensions.

Return when your plans finish

Reserve the driver to wait under agreed terms, arrange an approximate separate return, or contact the office when you are ready for a car, subject to availability. For a separate return, contact the office if you are delayed; waiting or changes may affect the cost. A separate return does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle.

Tell the office which entrance you need and, for a return after a show, when your party expects to be ready. Your quote will set out the price and agreed scope, including retained time, mileage and extras where relevant. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car: KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email. If plans change, the booker or authorised contact should ask the office; any revised arrangements and price need office acceptance and confirmation.

A direct booking suits one collection and final destination; retained time reserves a car and driver for an agreed period when stops or waiting may change. You can also arrange a separate return, which does not retain the outward driver. The office can compare these choices, including a fixed journey with paid waiting, for your plans.

Can I request a particular chauffeur car or presentation?

Yes. Ask for an executive or luxury category or a particular model, as well as quiet travel, a nameboard, temperature preference or formal attire. Smart presentation is standard; a suit can be requested. The office confirms availability and the agreed details, so a model request is not an automatic allocation.

What collection detail matters around W6?

Give the full address, building or venue entrance and a proposed lawful stopping point, not just W6. For Hammersmith, specify which station or venue entrance you mean and remain reachable in case the office and driver need to coordinate an alternative.
