CHOOSE YOUR ARRANGEMENT
The right arrangement depends on your stops, return plans and how long you need the car.
A direct journey takes you from your W8 collection point to your destination. If you need to return, you can reserve the driver to wait under agreed chargeable terms, arrange a separate approximate return, or contact the office when ready for a car subject to availability.
Reserve a car and driver for meetings, shopping or several stops. An itinerary is helpful but not compulsory. Your quote sets out the reserved period, included mileage and agreed extras; waiting during the paid period is included. Ask the office about extending it.
A separate return does not retain your outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle. If your approximate return is delayed, contact the office; waiting or changes may affect the cost. We can compare this with retained time or a driver waiting for you.

For a collection near High Street Kensington Underground Station, give the office the station address—Kensington High Street, London W8 5SA—and the entrance or meeting point you intend to use. A landmark helps identify the location but does not grant permission to stop or enter private property.
For Kensington Palace in Kensington Gardens, W8 4PX, plan around your booked entry and bags. The palace has no luggage storage and excludes suitcases and large rolling bags from its buildings. Discuss a lawful meeting point or onward arrangement with us; venue admission and access arrangements are separate.

Choose hourly hire when you want the vehicle and driver retained for meetings, shopping or several stops. For a defined plan, a direct journey with paid waiting or a separate return may suit you better. The office can compare the arrangements and confirm the agreed costs.
Yes. Tell the office your preferred category or model, as well as presentation or access preferences. A requested model is subject to availability and the confirmed booking. If it cannot be supplied, the office will discuss a suitable equivalent or upgrade; a material change or downgrade and any fare adjustment need your agreement.
The booker or an authorised contact should ask the office to accept the change. The office checks the revised details, suitability and any charge, then confirms an accepted change. A message or request to the driver is not acceptance; for a time-critical change, call the office if your message has not been acknowledged.
Plan for the bags before your visit: Kensington Palace has no luggage storage and excludes suitcases and large rolling bags from its buildings. Tell us about the bags and your booked entry so we can discuss a lawful meeting point or onward plan. Admission and access arrangements remain with the venue.
