For airport arrivals, we offer flight tracking and free meet-and-greet; agree the meeting and parking arrangements with the office.
Arrange travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and family visits. Give us the venue and group-ready time; for a wedding, distinguish the ceremony from any reception and plan the return.
Groups can travel to business meetings, university or graduation events, hospital visits and remembrance gatherings. Give us the building or entrance and discuss any mobility, luggage or child-seat needs.
PLANNING A LOCAL PICKUP
Canons House and Grounds is at Madeira Road, Mitcham CR4 4HD. Visitor information names pedestrian entrances from Cricket Green, Madeira Road and Commonside West, with the house entrance opposite West Lawn. For a visit, tell us whether your group will meet at the house, the leisure-centre shared car park or another agreed point, and mention any walking or mobility needs.
Merton Council lists Vestry Hall, 336 London Road, Mitcham CR4 3UD, among approved ceremony premises. For a wedding journey, distinguish the ceremony from any later reception and agree where the group will be ready. The listing does not establish vehicle access or current event availability.

No. The visitor entrances help identify the site, but do not establish where a vehicle may wait or collect. Discuss the house, the leisure-centre shared car park or another agreed meeting point with the office, including any walking or mobility needs.
HOW TO ARRANGE IT
Our office is available around the clock to help agree the details. Call 020 8870 8888 or use the contact form; no app installation is needed.
Give us the pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and the number and sizes of bags or pushchairs. Include flight, train, ceremony or event details where relevant, plus any stops and assistance needs. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We can discuss a suitable 6-seater, a larger vehicle on request, extra stops or an hourly booking. We will quote for the journey and agreed arrangements; waiting is chargeable. A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email, not by an enquiry or quote alone.
For an uncertain finish, choose wait-and-return, a separate approximate return or contact us when ready. Short-notice collection, especially outside London, depends on availability; enquiries are welcome.

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
It depends on the number of passengers and the space their luggage needs. Tell us the counts and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other items, so the office can confirm a suitable vehicle. This is passenger travel with a driver, not self-drive or removal van hire.
Yes. Multiple collections and drop-offs, extra stops, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give us an outline of the addresses and timings for your quote; additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can arrange wait-and-return, book a separate approximate return or contact the office when you are ready. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy; a car requested when ready is subject to availability, and a separate return does not reserve the outward driver. Contact the office if your agreed return time changes.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be carried where it fits safely alongside the passengers and other luggage; we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Tell the office about boarding and any help needed so a suitable arrangement can be made.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Please let us know in advance where possible. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement to agree with the office and may carry a charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Give the office the child's age, relevant height and weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
