Group travel
Six-passenger vehicles are our standard option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about seven-passenger or eight-plus arrangements.
Travel together to an airport, station or cruise terminal, or plan a longer-distance visit. For airport journeys, flight tracking and arrivals meet-and-greet are included; agree the meeting and parking arrangements for your booking. Tell us your terminal or station and luggage needs.
Bring friends or family together for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and visits. We can plan extra stops and a return around your event; tell us the venue entrance and when the group expects to be ready.
We welcome enquiries for business groups, university visits and graduations, hospital companions and remembrance gatherings. Name the building or entrance and tell us about timing or assistance needs.
Local planning
CR8 can be your starting point or destination. For an event at Purley Sports Club, The Ridge, Purley CR8 3PF, specify the function or club entrance and your expected finish time. The venue advertises function-room hire for birthdays, wedding receptions, wakes and corporate meetings.
For a workshop or celebration at Beauty and The Feast, identify the Purley branch at 114 Brighton Road, CR8 4DB, rather than its Dulwich venue. Give the booked room or floor and agree a meeting point with the office.

How to arrange it
Our office can help agree the vehicle, stops and return. Call 020 8870 8888 or contact us online; no app installation is needed.
Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, bag sizes and counts, pushchairs and any child-seat needs. For a flight or train connection, include the relevant journey details. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We can discuss a suitable six-seater or a larger vehicle on request, extra stops, hourly hire and assistance. Let the office know about a folding wheelchair or any help you need, so we can plan a suitable arrangement.
Book outward and return journeys, arrange wait-and-return or make a separate return booking. Waiting is chargeable. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, though collection, especially outside London, depends on availability.

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers. We will consider your group and luggage together to confirm a suitable arrangement.
The amount depends on the passengers and vehicle as well as the bags. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, and we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office your addresses, timings and outline so they can be included in your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact us when ready for a vehicle subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can help you compare the choices. For a separate return, contact the office if you are delayed; it does not automatically retain the outward vehicle or driver.
Yes. Tell the office about the folding wheelchair, passenger boarding and other luggage so we can confirm a suitable arrangement; we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Let us know your needs in advance where possible. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Tell the office the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Larger vehicles, hourly hire and journeys needing particular planning require an office quote. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms bookings by SMS and/or email.
