Travel together with a driver, whether you are catching a connection, attending an event or visiting family. Our office can help plan the vehicle, stops and return.
Travel from KT5 with family, friends or colleagues to an airport, station, cruise terminal or a longer-distance destination. Share the terminal or station, flight or arrival details and luggage needs so we can plan the journey and meeting point.
Keep the party together for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and family visits. Tell us where everyone can meet and your expected finish time; separate ceremony and reception addresses can be included in the plan.
Colleagues, students and graduation families, hospital companions and remembrance groups can travel together too. Give us the building or entrance and any mobility needs, bags or pushchairs. This is passenger travel, not clinical transport.

For any destination, tell us the full address and the relevant entrance. If anyone has difficulty walking between the car and the entrance, let us know so we can discuss a suitable meeting point and assistance.

We can discuss separate collection and drop-off points. Send both full addresses and the times for each part of the day, along with your return plan and any bags, pushchairs or walking needs.
HOW IT WORKS
Our office is available around the clock to help plan your booking; no app installation is needed.
Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and pickup time, passenger count and number and sizes of bags. Include any pushchairs, child-seat or mobility needs, and relevant flight, station or venue details. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We can discuss a suitable six-seater or a larger vehicle on request, extra stops, hourly travel and assistance. Your quote reflects the journey and agreed arrangements; waiting is chargeable.
Discuss a separate return, wait-and-return or a vehicle requested when you are ready. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, though availability must be confirmed, especially outside London. A booking is confirmed when we send confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a seven-passenger vehicle or one for eight or more passengers. We will consider the number travelling and their luggage together to confirm a suitable arrangement.
The amount depends on the passengers and vehicle as well as the luggage. Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, and the office can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are driver-included passenger vehicles, not self-drive van or removal hire.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office your addresses, timings and intended arrangements for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; a separate return does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle. If you are delayed for a separate return, contact the office; waiting or changes may affect the cost. The office can help you compare the options.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be considered as luggage in a suitable vehicle; we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Tell the office about boarding, walking and luggage needs so we can discuss the arrangement.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge with a suitable driver. Let us know in advance where possible. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement to agree with the office and may carry a charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to supply one for a pre-booked journey, subject to suitability and availability. Tell the office the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so it can confirm the arrangement and any applicable charge before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Larger vehicles, hourly bookings and journeys needing particular planning require an office quote. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
