Group journeys
Travel together for an airport connection, celebration or appointment. Our standard six-passenger vehicles are offered around the clock, while seven-seaters and vehicles for eight or more passengers can be requested from the office.
Arrange airport or station connections, cruise transfers and longer journeys for family, friends or colleagues. Share the terminal or station, flight, train or sailing details and return plans. For airport arrivals, flight tracking and meet-and-greet are included; meeting and parking arrangements are agreed for each booking.
Travel to birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport or family visits. Tell us the venue entrance and group-ready time; for a wedding, give the ceremony and reception addresses separately if needed. We can discuss an outward journey and a return that suits the event.
Book group travel for meetings, conferences, university visits or graduations, hospital visits with companions, and remembrance gatherings. Name the building or department entrance and tell us about any equipment or mobility needs.
Planning around KT6
A full venue name and address helps us plan a group pickup or drop-off in KT6. For an event, tell the office which entrance or meeting point your group expects to use and when everyone will be ready.

Discuss the vehicle, any extra stops, hourly booking, assistance and return. The office can quote for larger vehicles and particular arrangements; waiting is chargeable.
Choose your outward and return arrangements with the office. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone is not a booking confirmation: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, subject to availability, especially outside London.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we will check the group and luggage together to confirm a suitable arrangement.
It depends on the passenger count and the size and number of items. Tell the office about suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and anything else travelling with you, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are passenger vehicles with a driver, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses and timings for your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact us when ready for a vehicle subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable. If a separate return is delayed, contact the office; waiting or changes may affect the cost. A separate return does not reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be carried where the vehicle is suitable; tell the office about boarding, other luggage and any help needed. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Letting the office know in advance helps us arrange suitable help. An optional escort inside a building is agreed separately and may be free or carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one. Tell the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any applicable charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Larger vehicles, hourly bookings and journeys needing particular planning require an office quote. There is no fixed fare for the whole postcode.
