How should I plan an airport transfer from Surbiton?

Required disability assistance is not conditional on advance notice.
If you need an escort inside a building, the office can agree the task and any charge separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and the combined passenger and luggage needs with the office.
When is a Surbiton booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car: the enquiry asks the office to assess your plans and the quote sets out the price and scope.
If plans change, the booker or authorised contact must request the change and the office must accept it, including any revised charge. Acknowledgment of a request is not acceptance. For a time-critical change, call the office if your message has not been acknowledged.
