If immigration, baggage or a runway delay holds you up, tell the office or your driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, and applicable waiting is chargeable.

Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight, and seat needs; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.

Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or late notice, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, including if your plane is held on the runway.

Yes. We can arrange the journey to your Surbiton home, hotel or another specified destination. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details, and include any additional stops in your journey details.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a flight-change charge. Contact the office with the new details; if the journey changes, such as to a different airport, the office must agree the new arrangement and any revised fare.
