Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage plans. Agree the seat and its charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; a return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from your booked address. Give us your home address if that is where you want to start; Surbiton station in the public transport comparison is an alternative origin, not the default private-hire pickup.
Yes. Tell our office what help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. A folding wheelchair must fit with the rest of your luggage; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in the chair.
For help at Heathrow, the airport asks passengers to arrange assistance through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
