Tell us which service you are catching, such as Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern. Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, and Terminus Place for set-down only. Agree the appropriate drop-off with the office.
PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
Set your station arrival target
Tell us your train departure time and when you want to arrive at Victoria, allowing time to reach the departure area with your luggage. Your requested station-arrival time is different from the train departure time; the office can help plan the pickup around it.
Surbiton station is on Victoria Road. A pre-booked car can collect you from your KT6 address instead of having to reach the local station first, though you will still need to make your way to your onward departure at Victoria.

Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group; seven- and eight-plus passenger vehicles can be requested. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage together.
Share the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
COMING BACK
Arrange a separate return to KT6
For a return from London Victoria to KT6, give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, date, expected arrival time and a contact number for the traveller. Agree the car meeting point separately; Wilton Road is listed for collection, but the office will confirm your meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a change and ask the office to accept and confirm the revised arrangements. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects your exact journey. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB accepts and confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs as well, including any accompanying carer or folding wheelchair.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the help and any cost with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
