BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Your station-arrival target is earlier than your train departure. Tell our office your train operator and departure time, and discuss when you want to reach Waterloo, allowing for the route to your platform and any assistance you need.
Waterloo’s main concourse has step-free access to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are identified as step-free routes. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line; discuss your access needs with the office when arranging your drop-off.
The Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator and tell our office about any help you need with the car journey.
YOUR LOCAL STARTING POINT
Surbiton station is on Victoria Road, Surbiton, KT6 4PE. If you travel by rail from there, you first need to reach the station from home and then make your way through Waterloo to your onward departure.
A pre-booked KB Cars journey starts at your chosen KT6 address, avoiding the need to carry your luggage to Surbiton station. You will still need to make your way inside Waterloo.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, consider the whole party and its bags together, not just the seats.
Tell us the number and sizes of your cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A standard six-passenger vehicle is also available; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
COMING BACK
For collection from London Waterloo to KT6, give our office your arriving train operator and service, origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree a suitable meeting point with you separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the revised collection and obtain confirmation of any accepted change.

The quote reflects your particular journey. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage details, along with your train service, departure time and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop, vehicle preference or assistance needed.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange Passenger Assistance inside Waterloo separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility, boarding or walking needs when arranging the journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any charge with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
