BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
The right destination and arrival target help us plan your outward transfer.
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Specify the coach station for your drop-off; it has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals.
Give us your coach company or service, travel date and departure time, as well as the operator’s requested arrival or check-in target. At the station, check the Departures monitors for your gate. Contact your coach company for timetable enquiries.
YOUR KT6 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup from your KT6 address means you can travel to Victoria Coach Station without first taking your luggage to a rail station or changing trains. You will still need to make your way through the coach station to your departure gate.
Surbiton station is on Victoria Road if you are considering a rail journey instead. Allow for getting there from your address and for the walk between London Victoria rail station and the coach station.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases, cabin bags or other items, including pushchairs or folded wheelchairs. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined party and load.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a return from Victoria Coach Station to KT6, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point with you separately; the station has a distinct Arrivals terminal.
If your coach or plans change, the booker or authorised contact should call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request a revised collection and agree any changes. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
GOOD TO KNOW
Plan the car, your luggage and your onward coach journey.
Your quote reflects the actual journey and vehicle. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stops or vehicle preferences.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking, so arrange it with your coach operator. The Mobility Lounge is by Gate 0 in Departures; luggage porters are also available separately and are not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs, preferably in advance so we can coordinate suitable help. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. An optional additional escort inside is assessed separately and may be free or carry an agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
