BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Set a station-arrival target before your train departs, allowing time to get inside and reach your departure point.
London Liverpool Street is at Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Tell our office which rail service you are taking and the time you want to arrive at the station, rather than just the train departure time. Allow time to enter the station and reach your departure facilities.
The station lists a lift between street level, mezzanine and concourse. Its Underground connections include the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Tell our office about mobility needs for the car journey; arrange assistance inside the station separately with your rail operator.
FROM YOUR DOOR
A pre-booked pickup from home in Surbiton or elsewhere in KT6 takes you to London Liverpool Street without first travelling to a local station or carrying your luggage through a rail interchange. You should still allow time to make your way through Liverpool Street to your onward departure.
If you are comparing the journey with rail, Surbiton station is on Victoria Road. Getting there from home is an additional part of that journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a larger party, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- and eight-plus options.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
ON THE WAY HOME
For a separate return from London Liverpool Street to KT6, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point and exit with the office; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same vehicle for your return.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 and agree the revised arrangements with the office. A requested change is not final until accepted.

Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival target. Include any extra stop or return you want to arrange.
You can request a quote or call the office; no app installation is needed. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside Liverpool Street separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility, boarding or luggage needs so the car journey can be planned appropriately.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
