BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time between your road arrival and train departure for luggage, finding your departure area and any assistance you need.
London Euston’s published address is Euston Road, London NW1 2RT. Its road-access information lists Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens for set-down and collection. Tell the office when you want to arrive at the station, not just when your train leaves.
For help reaching your train at Euston, contact your train operator. Network Rail directs passengers to Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground or Caledonian Sleeper for assistance. Your KB Cars booking covers the road journey.
YOUR KT6 PICKUP
Surbiton station is on Victoria Road, but a pre-booked pickup can start at your own KT6 address. That avoids the separate journey to the local station with your luggage; you will still need to make your way to your departure area inside Euston.
Give the office your precise pickup address and any access needs so the journey can be planned from the right starting point.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; passengers and luggage need to be considered together.
Share the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
COMING HOME
Arrange the return from London Euston to KT6 separately. Give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, travel date and expected arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree a station-side meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 to agree any revised collection with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage details, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the road journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
