Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office; an estate is an option to discuss for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups, with luggage considered alongside the passengers; ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We will consider the whole party and its luggage together when arranging a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Book a separate return collection
For a return from London Marylebone to KT6, tell us your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Our office will agree the car meeting point with you separately.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the collection and confirm any accepted change. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward vehicle or driver.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote is based on your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the quote reflects your plans.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell our office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free; telling us in advance helps us arrange suitable help. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, which may be free or carry a charge agreed for the task.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
