YOUR JOURNEY, YOUR QUOTE
A quote for your Gatwick arrival
Your quote is based on the arrival, exact destination, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your travel date and time, flight number and terminal, destination address, passenger count and luggage; include any extra stops or meeting preferences. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Waiting is chargeable under the applicable airport policy. Ask the office about waiting and airport parking costs and what is included in your quote; public-transport tariffs are separate from the KB Cars fare. Prepayment may be requested for an inbound collection outside London.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email. You can also call the office on 020 8870 8888; no app installation is needed.

From Gatwick arrivals to your Surbiton address
Agree the collection with our office before you travel, so your driver knows where to meet you and where you are going.
Meet inside arrivals
KB Cars normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. Agree the meeting arrangements and provide contact details before travel; request a name board if you would like one. Our office can help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Travel on to your chosen address
The car takes you to your booked Surbiton destination, whether that is a home, hotel, office or station. Include the full postcode, relevant entrance and any extra stops when requesting your quote.
Considering the train instead? Gatwick's station is at South Terminal. Southern connects the airport with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Gatwick Express runs between Gatwick and London Victoria. These are airport-end connections: you will still need to plan the interchange and onward journey to Surbiton.

YOUR DESTINATION
Your destination in Surbiton
Your booked destination is the address you choose, not Surbiton station by default. A precise entrance is especially useful for a hotel or office with more than one way in.

GOOD TO KNOW
Gatwick to Surbiton transfer questions
Practical answers for your arrival and onward journey.
Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Your private hire journey can finish at your booked home, hotel, office or other Surbiton address. Give us the full postcode and entrance, and mention any extra stops; the station is only your destination if that is where you want to go.
Which vehicle should I choose for my luggage?
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Executive vehicles are another option, and Mini Van and Luxury arrangements are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I get help with bags or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can coordinate a suitable arrangement.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair can travel as luggage where suitable. An escort inside a building is a separate arrangement: it may be free or carry a charge agreed for the task.
