From your KT6 address to the station
A pre-booked car collects you from your chosen KT6 address, so you do not need to reach Surbiton station on Victoria Road with your luggage before starting your journey. You will still need to walk inside St Pancras International to your departure area.
At St Pancras, Eurostar uses the international departure and arrival areas in the Arcade. EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Tell us your service and the time you need to arrive at the station, rather than just your train departure time.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another group option. Seven- and eight-plus-passenger vehicles can be requested through the office.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined party and load.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Arrange your return separately
For a return from St Pancras International to KT6, give the office your arriving train operator or service, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. We will agree the car meeting point with you separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to review the collection. The booker or authorised contact can request a change; the office will confirm if it is accepted. Applicable waiting or changes may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey, including pickup and destination, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Give us your full KT6 pickup address, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop.
Request a quote online or call 020 8870 8888. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking; KB confirms it by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can plan the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately; it may be free or have a cost agreed in advance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
