From a family visit to a longer trip, agree the vehicle, stops and return around your group.
Travel together to an airport, station, cruise terminal or longer-distance destination. Give us the exact terminal or station, arrival or check-in details and luggage needs. Airport bookings include flight tracking and free arrivals meet-and-greet; discuss meeting and parking arrangements with the office.
Plan birthdays, weddings, concerts, sport, family visits or a night out with an agreed meeting point and return plan. Separate ceremony and reception addresses can be included.
Enquire about business trips, university visits and graduations, hospital companions or remembrance gatherings. Give us the relevant building or entrance, any mobility needs and separate stops so we can plan around your group.
PLAN A LOCAL PICKUP
For a meal or event at The Bedford, use its full address: 77 Bedford Hill, Balham, SW12 9HD. Tell the office your proposed entrance or meeting point so the group and driver know where to meet.
Check the expected finish with the organiser and say if it may change. If the entrance cannot be used for a safe, lawful pickup, the office and passengers can agree a practical alternative; let us know if anyone has difficulty walking to it.

Give us both addresses, date and time, passenger count, suitcase and cabin-bag sizes and counts, plus pushchairs or child seats. Include any additional stops, venue entrance and relevant flight or train details. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We will consider people and luggage together. Ask about a larger vehicle, hourly booking or assistance; the quote reflects the journey and agreed arrangements.
Choose a separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or agree a wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable. A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers. We will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage. Short-notice collection, especially outside London, depends on availability.
The suitable amount depends on the passengers and the vehicle together. Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other items, and the office will confirm what fits. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive van or removals hire.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Share your addresses, timings and outline with the office for a quote and agreed arrangements. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact the office when ready for a vehicle subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable. If a separate return is delayed, contact the office; changes or waiting may affect the cost. A separate booking does not retain the outward driver or vehicle.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be considered as luggage; tell the office about boarding, the chair, other bags and any help needed so a suitable arrangement can be made. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Please tell the office about your needs in advance to help arrange that support. Optional escorting inside a building is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one by pre-booking. Tell the office the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
