For an enquiry, give the office your collection and destination addresses, timing, passenger numbers and luggage, plus any stops, return plans or relevant flight, train or venue details. A booking is confirmed when the office sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.

For a meal or event at The Bedford, 77 Bedford Hill, SW12 9HD, give the venue name and confirm your booking and expected return time with the organiser. If a doorway, closure or private access affects collection, stay reachable so the office can agree a practical, lawful and safe meeting point. Tell us if you cannot walk to a changed point so we can discuss an alternative.

Can you collect from Balham Rail Station or Balham Underground Station?
Yes. We can arrange a pre-booked collection from either station. Specify the rail or Underground station, your intended entrance or meeting point and where you are going next.
Stay reachable if access or stopping arrangements change. The driver must stop lawfully and safely, and the office can agree a practical meeting point with you.
What if I do not know when my appointment or event will finish?
You can contact the office when ready, reserve the driver to wait, or arrange a separate approximate return. Booking when ready is subject to availability; reserved waiting is chargeable under the agreed terms.
A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle. Contact the office if you are delayed, as waiting or changes may affect the cost. Give us your likely finish time and flexibility so we can compare the options.
How should I plan for luggage or extra help?
Tell the office your passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Include an accompanying carer in the passenger count so the office can discuss a suitable vehicle and load.
Tell us about any help or entry preference, ideally in advance. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are available without charge. An optional escort inside a building is agreed for the actual task, including any cost. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel while seated in a wheelchair.
For a child, you can bring your own suitable seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the child's relevant height, weight and seat requirements.
