London King's Cross on Euston Road is a separate station from St Pancras International. Check your ticket and operator, then tell us the station arrival time requested by your operator—not just the train departure time. Allow for getting from the car to your departure area.
King's Cross is listed as having step-free access to all platforms; its station guide has lift and assistance information. Tell our office about your mobility needs for the car journey and arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR SW12 PICKUP
KB Cars can collect from your address across Balham and Clapham South, so you do not need to get yourself and your bags to a local station first. Give the office your exact pickup address and any access or mobility needs.
If a station is your starting point, specify which one: Balham Rail Station is on Balham Station Road, while Balham Underground Station is on Balham High Road. Clapham South Underground Station is a separate station on Balham Hill. Agree a suitable collection point with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage together.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
COMING HOME
A return from London King's Cross to SW12 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number for the day. The office will agree the car meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888. The booker or authorised contact can request a change; confirm that the office has accepted the revised arrangements. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and the vehicle needed. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus any extra stop. Include your train service and the operator's requested station-arrival time.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside King's Cross separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs when arranging the journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
