To request a quote, give us the details below. A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
ON ARRIVAL
We normally meet you inside arrivals and take you to your booked destination. Agree the details with the office before you travel.
Share your arrival date, flight number and North or South terminal so we can coordinate your pickup. If these change, ask the office to agree and confirm the revised arrangement and any charge. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided. Agree where to meet and give us a contact number for your arrival; the office can help if you and the driver cannot find each other.
Give the complete home, hotel or office address and postcode, with any entrance or access details and extra stop.
Considering the train instead? Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and Victoria, Thameslink with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International, and Gatwick Express with Victoria. Plan your onward Balham leg, interchange and luggage separately.

AT THE BALHAM END
Balham Rail Station is on Balham Station Road (SW12 9SG), while Balham Underground Station is on Balham High Road (SW12 9BW). Clapham South is a separate Underground station on Balham Hill (SW12 9DU). If a station is your destination, tell us which one.
For a home, hotel or office, use its full address and postcode rather than a nearby station name. Include the entrance and any extra stop so the booking reflects where you need to go.

Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.

Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable.
