Door-to-terminal transfer or rail?
A pre-booked KB Cars transfer starts at your chosen Balham address and takes you to the terminal you name. For rail, plan how you will reach the station and carry your bags through any interchange.
Balham Rail Station is on Balham Station Road; Balham Underground Station is on Balham High Road. Clapham South on Balham Hill is a separate Underground station. If using one as a landmark, give the actual address and entrance for your pickup.
Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Gatwick Express runs between Victoria and Gatwick. These airport-end connections do not establish a direct train from every Balham address. Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; the free inter-terminal shuttle connects it with North Terminal.

Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. Tell the office how many people are travelling, the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, and whether you have a pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury vehicles are available by enquiry. The office can discuss a suitable arrangement for the combined load.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
Can I arrange a child seat for the journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give us the child's age, relevant height and weight, and seat requirements so the arrangement and any charge can be confirmed.
