Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space to consider than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Baby, child and booster seats can be requested; give the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so the arrangement and any charge can be agreed before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from the address you book, including your home if that is where you are leaving from. The local stations in the public transport comparison are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need; guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. For assistance at Heathrow, arrange it through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
