Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal car-park pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they paid it. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
ARRIVAL AT HEATHROW
From your flight check to the meeting point, our office helps arrange a straightforward arrival.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once the job is assigned. Heathrow has passenger terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; use the terminal finder below if needed. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or arrange another pickup place with the office before or around your arrival. Ask about a name board if useful. Airport parking and applicable waiting remain separate.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting.
Need a hand on arrival? Tell our office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building and agree the arrangement and any cost; a folding wheelchair must be suitable for the vehicle.

A direct car can take you to your home or hotel rather than leaving you to walk or interchange with bags. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details. If you are going to a station, name the exact one: Balham’s rail and Underground stations have different addresses, and Clapham South is separate.

Agree your meeting option with the office using your flight number and terminal. On request, your driver can meet you inside arrivals at no extra service charge; otherwise a pickup place can be arranged before or around arrival. Ask about a name board if useful. Heathrow parking and applicable waiting are separate.
Choose the vehicle for your passengers and luggage together. An estate offers a different luggage arrangement from a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; confirm the arrangement and any charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements.
Cancellation is free before the driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or for late notice. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. They can delay terminal entry to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting and does not mean unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full Balham destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so the office can agree the journey and price.
Your airport pickup booking can move to your new flight without a change charge. Contact the office with the new flight details. If the destination or airport changes, the office must agree the new journey and any revised fare.
