Plan for your departure
Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals. Plan your car arrival around the time your coach operator asks you to be at the station, rather than just the coach departure time. Use the departure monitors to find your gate; ask your coach company about its timetable.
A pickup from your SW12 address
A pre-booked car can collect you from home and take you to Victoria Coach Station without a separate journey to a local station or a walk from the railway station with your bags.
If you are considering public transport instead, Balham Rail Station is on Balham Station Road, while Clapham South is a separate Underground station on Balham Hill. Consider how you will reach your starting station and manage your luggage between connections.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Room for passengers and luggage
For extra luggage, discuss an estate or MPV with the office. For a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- or eight-plus options. Saloon, executive, minivan and luxury options are also available to discuss. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Tell us how many cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes, and whether you are bringing a pushchair, folding wheelchair or other unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
Return from Victoria Coach Station to SW12
Book your return collection separately and give the office your arriving coach operator and service number, arrival date and time, and a contact number. The office will agree a meeting point with you; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same driver or vehicle for your return.
If your coach plans change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement. A requested change is not settled until the revised collection has been accepted and confirmed.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, including the pickup, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, plus your coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or return you need.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; if you need an additional escort inside, the office can discuss the task and any agreed cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
