What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and pickup time, passengers and luggage, along with your train service, requested station-arrival time and any extra stop. What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern lists the ticket barriers at Marylebone as its assistance meeting point.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs when arranging the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional additional escort inside the station is assessed separately, with arrangements and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
