For an event or visit at OSO Arts Centre, the address is 49 Station Road, Barnes SW13 0LF, but the entrance is on Barnes Green beside the pond, behind Cote. Name the entrance when describing your destination rather than relying on Station Road alone.
For collection after an event, tell the office where the group can meet safely and lawfully and whether anyone has difficulty walking. We can discuss a workable alternative if the proposed point is not accessible.

We can discuss a suitable 6-seater or a larger vehicle on request, along with assistance, extra stops or hourly travel. A quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Book both directions or discuss a separate return if your finish time is uncertain. Waiting is chargeable. Short-notice requests are welcome, but availability, particularly outside London, must be checked.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage. Short-notice availability is not guaranteed.
It depends on the number of passengers and the space their bags need. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive vans or a removal service.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Share the addresses, timings and outline of your plans for an office quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact the office when ready for a vehicle subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. If you book an approximate return and are delayed, contact the office. Waiting is chargeable; a separate return does not reserve the outward driver or the same vehicle. The office can help compare the options.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where it fits safely, but we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Tell the office about boarding, walking, bags and any help needed so we can arrange a suitable vehicle and driver.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; contacting us in advance helps us coordinate. An optional escort inside a building or other optional additional help is assessed separately, and any charge is agreed in advance.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one for a pre-booking. Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
