From airport connections to family occasions, our driver-included service helps your group travel together. Our office can discuss the vehicle, stops and return that suit your plans.
Travel together to an airport, station or cruise terminal, or arrange a longer-distance visit. Give us the terminal or station, relevant flight, train or sailing details and your luggage so we can plan the connection and return.
Arrange group travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport or family visits. Tell us the venue and entrance, outward and return plans, and whether the group has different collection points.
Colleagues, university and graduation groups, hospital companions and families attending remembrance gatherings can travel together. Share the building or entrance, passenger needs and expected finish time so the office can plan the journey.

Let us know when the group expects to be ready after the event. The driver must stop safely and lawfully; if the proposed door cannot be used, the office can help agree an alternative, taking any mobility needs into account.

Choose an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready, or arrange for the driver to wait and return. Tell the office when you expect to be ready and whether the finish might change; a vehicle requested when ready is subject to availability, and waiting is chargeable.

Give us the pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, suitcase counts and sizes, pushchairs, and any child-seat or mobility needs. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss a suitable 6-seater or request a larger vehicle. Tell us about extra stops, hourly hire, assistance and any return plans so they can be included in the quote.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, though collection depends on availability, especially outside London.

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; suitability depends on the group and luggage together.
The amount depends on the vehicle, passenger count and combined load. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. This is a passenger service, not self-drive or removal van hire.
Yes. Multiple collections and drop-offs, extra stops, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timing and plan for your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact us when ready for a vehicle subject to availability, or arrange for the driver to wait and return. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. If a separate return is delayed, contact the office; waiting or changes may affect the cost. A separate booking does not retain the outward driver or vehicle.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be carried where the vehicle and combined load are suitable; tell the office about boarding, bags and the help you need. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge with a suitable driver. Let the office know in advance so we can coordinate help. Optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may be free or carry an agreed charge.
Yes. Bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one. Give the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. Larger vehicles and hourly or particularly planned arrangements need an office quote. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
