TRAVEL TOGETHER
From Twickenham and St Margarets, arrange a driver-included passenger journey for the whole group.
Travel together to an airport, station or cruise terminal, or arrange a longer-distance visit. Share the terminal or station, departure or arrival details and luggage so the office can plan the vehicle and meeting point.
Arrange group travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and family visits. Give us the venue entrance and return plan; ceremony and reception addresses can be arranged separately.
We welcome enquiries for business groups, university visits and graduations, hospital companions, funerals and remembrance gatherings. Name the building or entrance and discuss mobility needs, extra stops and return timing with the office.

Our 24-hour office can help agree a vehicle, stops and return that suit your group. No app installation is needed.
Send your collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, bag sizes and counts, pushchairs, child-seat requirements and any mobility needs.
We’ll assess passengers and luggage together and discuss a six-seater or a larger vehicle on request, plus any stops, hourly booking or assistance. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Book both journeys, arrange wait-and-return or discuss a separate return if your finish time is uncertain. Waiting is chargeable. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, though collection, especially outside London, depends on availability.

Choose the vehicle and arrangements that work for your journey.
Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers. We’ll confirm suitability for your group and luggage; immediate availability is not guaranteed.
The suitable luggage load depends on the passengers and vehicle together. Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and outline for your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy; the office can help compare the choices. A separate return does not retain the outward driver or vehicle. If you are delayed, contact the office; waiting or changes may affect the cost.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be considered as luggage; discuss boarding, the chair and other bags with the office so they can confirm a suitable vehicle. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Tell us in advance where possible so we can plan the help. An optional escort inside a building is separately assessed and agreed and may carry a charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one by pre-booking, subject to suitability and availability. Tell the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so it can confirm the arrangement and any applicable charge before booking.
Contact the office for a journey quote based on the addresses, direction, date, time, vehicle and agreed extras. Larger vehicles, hourly bookings and journeys needing particular planning require an office quote; there is no fixed postcode fare table.
