We can discuss your proposed entrance or meeting point, provided the driver can stop safely and lawfully. If a door cannot be used or a private site changes its arrangements, the office and passenger can agree a workable alternative. Remain reachable; a landmark helps identify a place but does not grant permission to enter or stop there.

You have three choices: contact the office when ready, reserve the driver to wait under the agreed chargeable waiting terms, or book an approximate separate return. A car requested when ready is subject to availability and is not guaranteed immediately. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle; contact the office if delayed, as waiting or changes can affect the cost.

Yes. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office about your needs in advance so suitable help can be arranged; this does not remove any required disability assistance. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable, but KB does not currently offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles. An escort inside a building or other specialist help is a separate arrangement; discuss the task and any cost with the office.
