A KB Cars booking takes you from your chosen address to your Gatwick terminal. For rail, plan the local journey to an interchange as well as the airport connection, including station access and handling your luggage.
- Southern connects Clapham Junction with Gatwick Airport; plan how to reach Clapham Junction from your address.
- Gatwick Express connects London Victoria with Gatwick; plan the journey from your address to Victoria separately.
- Gatwick Airport station is at South Terminal. For North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle.
- Twickenham and Whitton (London) stations are classified as step-free category A for platform access. Check the directions and current lift or assistance information, and plan your local walk or ride with luggage.
- Check the services and fares for your travel date; the airport-end connections do not establish a direct train from every local station.

Is the pickup from my address?
Yes. Your pre-booked journey starts at the address you agree with us, whether it is a home or hotel. Give the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; the stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us the passenger count and the number and size of your cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair or unusual item. We consider the whole load alongside the passengers when helping you choose a suitable vehicle.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange help or a child seat?
Yes. Tell the office about any assistance or seating needs when arranging the journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance; required disability assistance is not subject to a blanket advance-notice condition. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one. Give the office the child's relevant seat requirements so availability, suitability and the charge can be confirmed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable.
