Waiting may be chargeable, and airport parking is a separate consideration. Ask the office about the applicable waiting terms, parking and what is included in your quote. Airport rail and pickup charges are set by the airport or transport provider, not KB Cars.
ARRIVING AT GATWICK
Arrange your Gatwick meeting and Twickenham destination together, so the office can plan for your arrival.
Gatwick has North and South terminals. Give us your flight number and arrival terminal so we can coordinate your pickup; the free inter-terminal shuttle connects the two terminals. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided; agree your meeting arrangements with the office and give us a contact number. Gatwick's Express pickup areas are a separate airport option where the driver stays with the vehicle.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, with the entrance and any extra stops. The office can help if you and your driver cannot find each other.

YOUR TWICKENHAM DESTINATION
Twickenham and Whitton are separate local points: Twickenham station is on London Road, TW1 1BD, while Whitton station is on High Street, TW2 7LG. Strawberry Hill station is on Wellesley Road, TW2 5SQ. Give the booked address and entrance rather than relying on a station name.
For a public transport comparison, Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal. Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink connects with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. These are airport-end connections: you still need to plan the local interchange and onward journey to your TW1 or TW2 address.
A pre-booked private hire journey takes you from your agreed airport meeting to your chosen address, without having to arrange that local connection separately.

Yes. Book your home, hotel or office as the destination and provide the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops. The stations mentioned above are public transport alternatives, not default private hire destinations.
Give the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual items. The vehicle needs to suit the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats.
An estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss group and luggage requirements with the office, including for a Mini Van enquiry.
Yes. Tell the office about any help needed; guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can agree the task and any cost with you.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs if travelling with a folding chair. You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
