Choose the coach station, not the rail station
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Give the office your coach service and the time you want to arrive at the coach station.

From your TW1 door to Departures
A pre-booked home pickup saves you the trip to a local station and carrying luggage through an interchange. Twickenham and St Margarets are separate stations; your exact starting address matters when planning the car journey.
Use your coach operator’s departure and check-in information to decide your station-arrival target, allowing time to reach the departure area. Contact the coach company with timetable questions, and discuss your requested arrival time with our office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group; ask the office about seven-seat or larger arrangements.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the whole party and its luggage together.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your return to TW1
For a separate return from Victoria Coach Station to TW1, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, travel date and arrival time, destination and contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off does not set the return pickup point.
If your coach or plans change, the booker or authorised contact can call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office will confirm accepted revised arrangements and any change to the price.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your coach service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
For help inside the station, arrange assistance with your coach operator; you can also discuss an additional escort with our office. For the car journey, guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so suitable assistance can be coordinated.
A car booking does not itself arrange station assistance. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in your KB booking. For an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
