Chauffeur service from TW1 Direct journeys or retained time.

Pre-book a chauffeur with smart presentation and an agreed executive or luxury vehicle. Our 24-hour office will quote for your journey and chosen arrangement.

Plan your journey

A chauffeur arrangement shaped around your plans

For a direct transfer, meeting or multi-stop itinerary, our office can discuss the vehicle, timing, presentation and any return. Your quote sets out the price and scope of the arrangement, including agreed extras.

To prepare an enquiry, give us the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any relevant station, venue or flight information. For a longer day, an outline of stops, likely waits and finish time is helpful; a fixed itinerary is not essential. Tell us about vehicle preferences and any walking, entry or assistance needs. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. Material changes need acceptance by the office.

Choose your arrangement

Direct journey, retained time or a return?

Choose the arrangement that suits your day; our office can explain the scope and cost before you book.

Choose your TW1 meeting point

Twickenham and St Margarets are different stations. Name the station or exact address and your preferred entrance, rather than giving only TW1, so the office can agree a practical meeting point.

Direct or retained travel

A direct journey suits a fixed drop-off. For meetings, shopping or several stops, reserve a car and driver for an agreed period. The quote sets out reserved time, included mileage and agreed extras; waiting within the paid time is included. Ask the office about extensions.

Plan the return

If your finish time is uncertain, reserve the driver to wait with waiting charged under the agreed terms, arrange a separate approximate return, or contact the office when ready for a car subject to availability. For a separate return, contact the office if delayed; waiting or changes may affect the cost. It does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle.

TW1 destination planning

Travelling to Orleans House Gallery?

Tell the office whether you are visiting the public gallery or attending a private Octagon Room event, along with your arrival time and preferred approach. The gallery identifies Orleans Road, TW1 3BL, rather than Lebanon Park Road, as its vehicle approach; tides can affect access.

Share any access details for your event and how far passengers can walk. If conditions change, the office can help agree a safe, lawful meeting point and discuss any assistance needed. The venue approach does not itself guarantee parking or permission to stop.

PERSONAL SERVICE

A considered journey, not just a vehicle

Chauffeur travel combines personal planning, smart presentation and an agreed executive or luxury vehicle. One driver is normally assigned for a trip or retained period; you can request a preferred driver, including across days, subject to availability.

An arranger can book for someone else, and the office can coordinate several vehicles and planned arrivals. Share the outline with us so we can agree an arrangement that suits the passengers and occasion.

GOOD TO KNOW

Chauffeur questions

Practical answers for your TW1 chauffeur journey.

Can I request a particular model or presentation?

Yes. Ask for an executive or luxury category or a particular model, and tell us if you would like a suit or other formal presentation. Smart formal presentation is standard; a specific request depends on availability and what is confirmed.

You can also request a quiet journey, help with doors, a nameboard or a temperature preference. The office can discuss a suitable alternative if your preferred vehicle is unavailable.

What if a passenger has limited walking or needs help?

Tell the office what help the passenger needs, including walking tolerance, entry needs, luggage and whether a carer is accompanying them. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance. Early notice helps us coordinate suitable assistance; it does not remove required disability assistance.

An escort inside a building is assessed separately and may be free or carry an agreed charge. Required disability assistance is not subject to a prohibited surcharge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travelling as luggage does not mean the passenger can travel seated in it. Do not assume clinical lifting or transfers.

Can I leave belongings in the car during a retained wait?

You can ask to do so; agree the arrangement with the office and driver. It is not a secure-storage service, so do not leave valuables or treat the arrangement as proof of custody or insurance.

How do I change an accepted journey?

The booker or authorised contact should ask the office to change the time, addresses, stops, passengers or vehicle request. The office checks availability, any revised charge and the booking record; the change remains pending until an accepted-change confirmation is sent.

For a time-critical change, make sure the office acknowledges your request. If a message has not been acknowledged, call the office. Acknowledgment of the request is not acceptance of the change.
