Work back from airport arrival
Tell us your flight time and your airline’s recommended airport-arrival target so you can agree a pickup time. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or Europe flight; your airline’s own requirement takes priority.
Choose the right terminal
Heathrow passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5. Include your flight number and use the airport’s terminal finder to identify the terminal for your particular departure.

Route 490 to Terminals 4 and 5
The 490 connects Twickenham with Heathrow Terminals 4 and 5 via Feltham and Hatton Cross. Check the stop, direction and departure for your journey; the route does not serve every home address.
Know your starting point
Twickenham station is on London Road, TW1 1BD; Whitton (London) station is on High Street, TW2 7LG. They are different stations, so allow for getting to the right starting point with your bags.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose the vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV provides more passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one when you book, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster; tell us the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements. Include the seat and any pushchair in your space needs, and agree the arrangement before travel.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown for your individual flight by your airline. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from the address you book, including your home if that is where you want to start. The local stations are alternatives to consider for public transport, not the default private hire pickup point.
