YOUR JOURNEY QUOTE
Your quote reflects your Heathrow terminal, destination, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us your flight number, passenger count and luggage so the office can arrange the right collection and vehicle.
Heathrow parking is not included in the fare. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they paid it. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.
ARRIVING AT HEATHROW
The office helps arrange a meeting that works for your flight and onward journey.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after the job is dispatched. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Meet and greet inside arrivals is available on request at no extra service charge; parking is separate. Ask for a name board if you want one, or arrange another pickup place with the office before or around arrival.
If immigration, baggage or a runway delay holds you up, tell the office or driver so terminal entry can be delayed and parking costs kept down. Waiting outside is still waiting, so agree the applicable terms when booking.
When does the driver enter the terminal? As a general practice, the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after your flight lands. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup; this can help keep parking costs down. It is not a guarantee that you will be ready or met at that time.

Ask for meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or agree another pickup place with the office. Heathrow parking remains payable separately. Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option; request a name board if you would like one.
Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one when booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. They can arrange later terminal entry to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside still counts as waiting. Agree the waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. Contact the office with the new flight details so it can arrange the collection. If the airport or destination changes, the office must agree the revised journey and any revised quote.
Yes. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and vehicle. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed.
