PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Choose the right station and allow time for your onward departure.
St Pancras International and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. At St Pancras, Eurostar departures are in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground.
For Eurostar Standard and Plus travel from London, use the arrival time on your ticket, not the ticket-check deadline, to allow for ticket, security and border checks. Download your ticket near the travel date for guidance relevant to your route and class. Give the office your train departure and the station arrival time you need.
YOUR TW1 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your TW1 address, so you do not first need to reach a local railway station with your luggage. Twickenham and St Margarets are separate stations: if either is your starting point, make clear which one you mean.
At St Pancras International you will still need to make your way inside to the correct departure area. Tell the office your required station-arrival time, rather than just your train departure time.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; choose the vehicle around the whole party and its combined load, not seats alone.
A six-passenger vehicle is offered for groups, with luggage considered together. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options and give the number and size of cases, cabin bags, pushchairs or folded equipment so a suitable arrangement can be confirmed.
RETURN JOURNEYS
A return from St Pancras International to TW1 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date and expected arrival time, along with a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office can confirm the accepted arrangement and any revised charge. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle; applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.

Request a journey-specific quote based on your pickup address, destination, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us the passenger and luggage counts, your train service and required station-arrival time, and any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside St Pancras separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. The station has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss boarding and whether a folded chair can be carried. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for that task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
