BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Plan your station arrival around your onward departure, allowing time to reach the train.
London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Tell the office when you want to arrive at the station, as well as your train departure time, so the road journey can be planned around your connection. The station says vehicles cannot wait at drop-off.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange assistance with your train operator in advance if possible, and tell the KB office about your mobility needs when arranging the car.
YOUR TW2 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your TW2 address, so you do not first have to travel to a local station with your luggage. Whitton station is on High Street, while Fulwell station is on Wellington Gardens; tell us your actual pickup address rather than relying on the station name.
If your party needs collecting from more than one address, give the office each address and your preferred order of collection so the stops can be included in your quote.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another option for groups, with luggage considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Give us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
RETURN TO TW2
For a separate return from London Paddington to TW2, tell the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point with you separately.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a change and agree the revised collection arrangements.

Your quote reflects the actual journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passenger numbers and luggage, your train service and requested station-arrival time, and any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility needs too, so the car arrangements can be planned.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Let the office know in advance where possible. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
