YOUR OUTWARD JOURNEY
Give yourself time to move from the car to your onward train.
Tell us your train service and when you want to arrive at London Bridge, not just when the train departs. The street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which are above the main entrance level, so allow time to reach your departure area.
London Bridge’s published address covers Tooley Street and St Thomas Street; station guidance also identifies Bermondsey Street and Station Approach. Tell the office which approach you need so the drop-off can be discussed. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another option for groups. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.
Consider the whole party and its luggage together, including any pushchair or folding wheelchair. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle rather than choosing on seat count alone.
YOUR TW1 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup from your TW1 address saves you getting to a local station with your luggage before your journey to London Bridge. You will still need to make your way through London Bridge station to your train.
Twickenham station on London Road and St Margarets station on St Margarets Road are separate places. If either is your proposed pickup, name the station and give the office the precise location. Ask about extra stops if your party is travelling from more than one address.
RETURN TO TW1
For a return from London Bridge to TW1, give the office your arriving train operator and service, where it is coming from, the travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Call 020 8870 8888 to agree a meeting point separately before you travel; the station’s different approaches are not interchangeable.
If your train or plans change, contact the office and agree the revised arrangement. For a time-critical change, call if a message has not been acknowledged; a request is not an accepted change until the office confirms it. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

Plan the car journey and your rail connection with confidence.
The quote reflects your exact journey, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, including suitcase sizes and any larger items. Include your train service, requested station-arrival time and any extra stops.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside London Bridge is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free; arranging ahead helps us coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable, not with the passenger seated in it.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
