Families, friends and colleagues can travel to airports, stations and cruise ports, or enquire about longer-distance journeys. Give us the terminal, flight or train details, or port and check-in information, along with your luggage needs.
Travel together for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and family visits. For a wedding or celebration at more than one venue, share the separate addresses and your preferred outward and return arrangements.
Arrange travel for colleagues, university and graduation groups, hospital companions or families attending funerals and remembrance gatherings. Tell us the relevant building or entrance, mobility needs and any uncertainty about the return.
LOCAL PLANNING
Soho Theatre Dean Street is at 21 Dean Street, W1D 3NE, with multiple stages for theatre, comedy and cabaret. If your journey is there, specify Dean Street rather than the operator’s separate Walthamstow venue, and tell us the booked stage.
For a return after a performance, consider the expected finish and when the whole group will be ready. A performance ending is not the same as a bar closing time. Agree a suitable meeting point with the office and discuss a separate return or wait-and-return.

Share the performance date, expected finish, passenger count and any bags or mobility needs. Agree where the group can meet and whether a separate return or wait-and-return suits your evening.
We can discuss a practical meeting point, but the venue address does not establish permission to stop there. Tell the office what the venue advises and about any difficulty walking to a proposed point, so we can agree a safe, lawful alternative.

Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, bag sizes and counts, and details of pushchairs, child seats or mobility needs. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss a suitable six-seater or request a larger vehicle, extra stops, hourly hire or assistance. The office can quote for the agreed journey and arrangements.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms by SMS and/or email. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, though availability depends on the day, especially outside London.

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers. We will consider the passenger count and luggage together to confirm a suitable arrangement.
The amount depends on the passengers and vehicle as well as the luggage. Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other items, and the office will confirm a suitable vehicle. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly hire and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office your addresses, timings and outline so the arrangements can be included in your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers are available on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact the office for a vehicle when ready, subject to availability, or arrange for the driver to wait and return. Waiting is chargeable; a separate return does not retain the outward driver or vehicle. If you are delayed for a separate return, contact the office; waiting or changes can affect the cost. The office can help you compare the options.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where it fits safely; tell the office about the chair, boarding needs and other bags so we can arrange a suitable vehicle. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge with a suitable driver. Please tell the office what help you need when booking. Optional additional help, such as an escort inside a building, is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge. This does not affect required disability assistance.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Tell the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
